The Standard Coworking Membership Agreement: Boardroom Plan
This Coworking Membership Agreement is entered into in Penticton, BC, between The Standard Space Cowork Ltd, “The Provider” and you, “The Client”.
Both parties agree to the following terms of the Membership Agreement:

1. Service Type: Boardroom Membership
Description: This membership plan provides a discounted rate on boardroom bookings. The boardroom seats up to 8 people and includes a whiteboard and a Wi-Fi-enabled projector with HDMI and casting capabilities.

2. Terms:
a) The membership is a one-time charge of $120 for a 12-month period, due at the time of signing.
b) Boardroom bookings are available at a discounted rate of $40 per hour.
c) Cobot automatically charges the client's credit card on file for any boardroom bookings made.
d) The membership is valid for 12 months from the date of signing and is non-refundable.

3. Services Provided by "The Provider":
a) Access to the boardroom at a discounted rate through Cobot.
b) Access to common seating areas such as the couch, lounge chairs, and high-top tables during the time of your boardroom booking.
c) Access to the kitchen, which includes a table, fridge, sink, dishwasher, microwave, dishes, and utensils.
d) Access to washrooms.
e) Access to amenities like the coffee machine and refreshments.
f) Internet access.
h) A key code will be provided for building access during the duration of this agreement.

4. House Rules:
a) Hours of access are from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday to Friday.
b) Noise levels must be considered 'inside' levels and not distract other clients.
c) Amplified music is not permitted except with your own headphones. "The Provider" will play music at a reasonable level from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. throughout the workday.
d) The Standard Space is an inclusive and threat-free environment with a zero-tolerance policy for hate, racism, discrimination, or verbal abuse. "The Provider" retains the right to cancel this agreement immediately upon these actions taking place by "The Client."
e) Bikes and scooters may be stored in the designated area.
f) There is no vehicle parking provided on site.
g) Pets are not allowed inside the workspace at any time.

5. Liability:
a) "The Provider" is not responsible or liable for "The Client's" goods and assets located within the workspace at 124 Estabrook Ave. Items brought into the workspace and/or left on site are at "The Client's" own risk.
